We try to process all orders, where possible, within 2 working days. Whilst most items will be
UK orders are usually sent using Royal Mail post, some heavy orders are sent by courier.
Oxfordshire customers are welcome to collect their order by appointment - please indicate this when ordering and we'll let you know when it's ready, we can refund any postal charge paid when you collect. Collection is usually possible Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
Our Delivery Charges for UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland):
For UK mainland deliveries, first class postage & packing is £2.95 for all orders, Standard (second class) delivery is available FREE on orders over £30 - please select second class delivery during checkout. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent by Royal Mail and insured by us. Heavier items may be sent by courier and will normally be insured for our replacement value of the item.
Express delivery is available at a flat rate of £7.95 for UK customers. Delivery will be by Special Delivery (our courier if over 2kg), orders placed before
Overseas & non-mainland UK delivery:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. Our standard postage rates are £7.50 for Europe, and £10.00 for the rest of the world,
We accept payments in UK pounds via Paypal, bankers transfer (BACS) and cheques. Cheques should be payable to Earthwise Girls. Purchases are shipped once we have cleared funds in our bank.
BACS payments - please note if cleared funds are not received within 7 days of your order being placed, we will assume the goods are no longer required and will return them to stock. If you experience any difficulties with completing the payment and would like us to hold your stock a little longer, please contact us to let us know.
At Earthwise Girls, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, discreet, reclaimed, recycled or recyclable packaging for your orders. Since summer of 2017 we have committed to using plastic free packaging on all our orders.This may on occasion include biodegradable packing peanuts, which we receive in some of our deliveries and prefer to re-use rather than discard. We too buy online and can assure you that no-one takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, please let us know straight away by phone or e-mail. You can then simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within two working days, free of any charge.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days, including your name, address, invoice number, and the reason for the return. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you would prefer an exchange, please let us know. Your original standard delivery cost can be refunded if the entire order has been returned and no exchanges requested,
Items lost or damaged in the post that
If you have a faulty product, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right for you.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used menstrual products.
